• Client Consultation Support: Act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal client representatives. You will resolve complex queries that require a deeper technical understanding than standard support can provide.
• Technical Documentation Enablement: Create client-ready functional and technical documentation. This includes release notes, configuration guides, and How-To technical briefs that explain to implement new features.
• Light-Touch Development: Build and maintain internal tools, scripts, or prototype UI components. You should be comfortable writing Python for data/automation tasks and React for minor frontend adjustments or client demos.
• Feedback Loop: Synthesise client pain points and technical hurdles into structured feedback for the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap.
