About the role
- As an Associate Account Director, your core mission is to enable senior sellers to focus on strategic growth and new revenue by owning critical retention and administrative processes.
- Directly manage the full renewal sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of smaller-sized contracts. This includes timely outreach, negotiation of terms, and contract closure, ensuring zero churn in this segment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing, basic contract questions, and operational support for our Enterprise customers.
- Collaborate closely with senior ADs to assist with strategic tasks, including preparing renewal forecasts for the small-dollar segment, assisting with multi-threading and account mapping documentation, and gathering necessary data to support strategic presentations.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics for assigned accounts, flagging potential risks related to renewals or usage to the senior AD and Client Success team.
- Become fluent in using our CRM (Salesforce) and pricing tools to ensure meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and complete adherence to all internal sales processes.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of professional experience in an account support, inside sales, sales development, or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, execute complex administrative processes flawlessly, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in contract management.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce highly preferred) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a supportive, team-centric environment and is eager to learn complex enterprise sales cycles from experienced leaders.
