About the role
- Act as the "face of delivery," ensuring every client interaction is professional and value-driven
- Lead the transition from "Closed/Won" status into active delivery, validating requirements
- Manage and drive a portfolio of projects to successful completion
- Partner with internal Practice Leads to coordinate expert resources
- Facilitate client workshops and presentations to build consensus
- Identify potential bottlenecks or "scope creep" early and manage escalations
- Provide high-quality status reports in both English and German
Requirements
- Professional-level fluency in German (C1/C2) is mandatory
- Proven track record of managing high-touch clients in the German market
- Passionate about delivering a "best-in-class" service experience
- Proven experience with formal PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple client workstreams simultaneously
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and a "solution-oriented" attitude
- Comfort working with product experts and understanding the technical "why" behind solutions
