About the role

  • Act as the "face of delivery," ensuring every client interaction is professional and value-driven
  • Lead the transition from "Closed/Won" status into active delivery, validating requirements
  • Manage and drive a portfolio of projects to successful completion
  • Partner with internal Practice Leads to coordinate expert resources
  • Facilitate client workshops and presentations to build consensus
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or "scope creep" early and manage escalations
  • Provide high-quality status reports in both English and German

Requirements

  • Professional-level fluency in German (C1/C2) is mandatory
  • Proven track record of managing high-touch clients in the German market
  • Passionate about delivering a "best-in-class" service experience
  • Proven experience with formal PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple client workstreams simultaneously
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and a "solution-oriented" attitude
  • Comfort working with product experts and understanding the technical "why" behind solutions
