About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned NICU and PICU health-system relationships
- Drive adoption and growth of NICU WGS/WES and related genomic testing programs
- Partner with RAEs to map stakeholders and support enterprise-to-site pull-through
- Support onboarding, implementation, workflow integration, and educational initiatives
- Manage inbound escalations and coordinate resolution with internal teams
- Monitor ordering patterns, utilization trends, and provider feedback
- Identify and advance expansion opportunities within major health systems
- Support strategic initiatives and pilot programs
- Maintain accurate account documentation and action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or health-system account management
- Experience working with hospital systems and NICU/PICU environments including robust understanding of health system operations and governance
- Strong understanding of clinical adoption workflows and operational implementation
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
