Lead and take ownership of analytical support, performance reporting, and compensation calculations
Collaborate closely with sales leaders, finance, human resources, and incentive compensation leadership
Build and develop annual compensation plans, sales contest plans, and promotional plans
Partner across functions to build and develop annual commission and contest plans
Conduct advanced analytics and manage databases for quota allocations and adjustments
Manage commission adjustments and submit commission payouts to payroll
Prepare monthly performance reporting packages including data mining and dashboard creation
Complete monthly calculation and reporting of sales contests and awards
Drive continuous improvement to foster a LEAN culture
Participate in and/or lead process innovation projects and own documentation of payout processes

Requirements

BA/BS required OR equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Operations, or related field
Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities
Advanced Excel abilities
Solid practical experience with Tableau, PowerPoint, and database management tools preferred
Proficiency with Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools such as Xactly or SPIFF preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
Dedication to meeting and/or exceeding expectations of internal and external customers
