About the role

  • Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders on end‑to‑end delivery of sales operations projects
  • Prepare and present project updates, status reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Map and document existing sales processes identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to simplify or automate
  • Support the optimisation and adoption of sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Adastra, Sales reporting tools etc.)
  • Take ownership on onboarding all new assets collaborating with all relevant departments

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering cross‑functional projects on time and to scope
  • Strong understanding of sales processes (lead to order, pipeline management, forecasting, account management)
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, Excel/Sheets and dashboards/BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; able to work with both senior leaders, frontline teams and clients.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive and self‑starter; comfortable taking ownership and driving things forward.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to “roll up sleeves”.
  • Able to simplify complexity and explain it clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Curious, data‑driven, and always looking for better ways to do things.
