About the role
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with all landlords
- Ensure delivery of agreed contractual requirements and company priorities
- Support and collaborate with the Construction Management team
- Oversee site surveys, track progress, monitor contractor performance
- Ensure construction delivery aligns with contract terms and operational SLAs
- Create a strong team with the Portfolio Partnership Manager
Requirements
- Experience of customer relationship management (having worked with or in Local Authorities would be nice to have)
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Good commercial acumen
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to your work
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Foster a collaborative teamwork approach
- System knowledge, excel, word, and ability to learn internal systems
- Full UK Driving license
