• Lead and manage the full product development process for our bead and craft kit categories — from design handoff through prototype, costing, and production
• Drive vendor communication, clearly conveying design intent, materials, quality standards and technical details, while managing sample readiness for key milestones and market meetings
• Own cost and margin performance, leveraging deep knowledge of materials, components, and factory capabilities to optimize costs without compromising quality or design integrity
• Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, design, and production to ensure creative vision, cost targets, and timelines are met
• Monitor and manage development calendars, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain timelines and ensure flawless execution
• Constantly evaluate and support evolution of the product development process through education of development team and process change
• Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
• Be enthusiastic about expanding your skill set and working on a broad range of projects
• Stay knowledgeable about industry standards and trends
• Work onsite at our Manhattan office 4-5 days per week

Senior Product Development Manager

Customer Support

• Quickly and efficiently handle a high volume of customer inquiries via email, social, and live chat while navigating multiple systems
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, shipping, and product detail
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM
• Follow company procedures and keep communication aligned with our brand voice and values
• Provide a minimum of 20 hours up to 40 hours per week of support after training (initial training ~10 hrs per week)
• Be available during at least one of the following shift windows: 6AM-2PM EST, 10AM-6PM EST, 2PM-10PM EST, or 6PM-2AM EST
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Commit to a temporary, remote role lasting 12-18 weeks
• Attend training starting in November

Designer

• Be up to date within the fashion industry trends to offer a fresh perspective within our designs
• Have knowledge of jewelry design/development, materials and construction details
• Sketch innovative products leveraging trends and new materials
• Prepare intricate technical packets with attention to detail, accuracy and speed
• Collaborate with design team in sketch concepts, color work and construction
• Work with cross functional partners to optimize samples and products
• Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while balancing deadlines in an efficient, flexible, and professional manner
• Role can be Hybrid with time onsite at our NYC HQ or fully remote (residing in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.)

Assistant Designer

• Be up to date within the fashion industry trends to offer a fresh perspective within our assortment
• Have extensive knowledge of jewelry design/development, materials and construction
• Sketch innovative product leveraging expertise in color and trends, construction and material composition
• Prepare intricate technical packets with attention to detail, accuracy and speed
• Collaborate with design team for sketch concepts, color work and construction
• Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while balancing deadlines in an efficient, flexible, and professional manner
