About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own production process steps for jewelry, accessories and packaging product lines
- Place purchase orders with domestic and overseas vendors
- Meticulously track status of production and samples for BaubleBar Main Line to meet deliveries on time while upholding BaubleBar’s standards for quality
- Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional partners to review products and proactively provide feedback
- Troubleshoot with vendors and internal partners on production/sourcing issues
- Review weekly WIPs to prevent production issues or delays
- Responsible for timely communication of delivery updates to internal partners
- Manage precise reports to give visibility to upper management
- Maintain and enforce T&A calendars to ensure accurate execution of all orders
- Work onsite in our Manhattan office 3 days per week & 2 days remote
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field
- Solid understanding of production processes and supply chain
- Strong knowledge of Excel and confident in data entry and analysis
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Highly organized with a tremendous attention to detail
- A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
- A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
