About the role
- Oversee all aftermarket support activities for designated National/Key Accounts
- Serve as primary liaison between customer, dealer network, and internal departments
- Drive customer satisfaction and maximize aftermarket revenue
- Manage all aspects of parts and service support for Key Accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support new product launches

- Experience in aftermarket support and managing key accounts
