About the role
- As a core member of the HR department, you will take responsibility for supporting both non-academic and academic staff.
- Undertaking projects and running events to support the wider strategic objectives of the HR department.
- Provide a smooth full HR service, which encompasses the employee life cycle.
- Act as an important point of contact for HR enquiries.
Requirements
- You will be able to communicate confidently with all levels of stakeholders across the University.
- You will demonstrate an ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience of dealing with confidential information and data.
- Previous experience of using IT systems and software.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively when working to competing deadlines.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Recent administrative experience covering a wide range of activities.
- Recent experience in a customer facing role.
