• You will work collaboratively with colleagues in UKSRO to support the dynamic needs of events across the university calendar, preparing presentations about your time at university and key tips for new students.
• As part of our recruitment activities, you will attend UCAS exhibitions and careers fairs across the country, promoting and representing Bath Spa University.
• With our events team you will assist in the planning and delivery of key university recruitment events such as open days, offer holder days, campus tours and school visits whilst monitoring the effectiveness of your contribution and providing information to colleagues based on insights and learnings from your time speaking with prospective students.
• You will also contribute to the planning, organisation and delivery of aspiration and attainment-raising outreach and transition programmes that support the University’s effective Access and Participation Plan.

Project Manager

• Join the Campus Life team and play a part in creating a welcoming, creative, and inclusive environment where students at Bath Spa University can feel connected, supported, and inspired. Working closely with colleagues across Campus Life, you’ll help develop and deliver initiatives, campaigns, and activities that enhance the day-to-day student experience.
• Your days might involve contributing ideas for projects that support student wellbeing and belonging, working with Campus Life ambassadors, helping to shape engaging content, supporting events that bring students together, or collaborating with teams to ensure students have clear and helpful information when they need it.
• You’ll also get involved in developing key student platforms like the My Bath Spa app, exploring opportunities with partners such as Adobe, and connecting with colleagues across our teaching sites to ensure students feel part of one connected university community. It’s a varied role where your creativity, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate will help us continue to create a positive experience for all students.

Graduate Student Experience Project Coordinator – Fixed Term, 18 Months

Social Media Manager

• We are looking for a creative and proactive Graduate Communications & Social Media Officer to support the Schools of Art, Film & Media (AFM) and Music & Performing Arts (MPA).
• You will help drive awareness, applications, and enrolments by creating engaging content and supporting our year-round communications activity.
• In this role, you will contribute to social media planning and delivery across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms, as well as support newsletters, blogs, course webpages, and events such as SparkFest.
• You’ll work closely with academic teams to showcase student stories, course highlights, and School achievements in formats that resonate with different audiences.
• You will also collaborate with Subject Leads and attend monthly School meetings to support the development of our communications strategy and report on progress throughout the recruitment cycle.

Content Marketing Manager

• We’re looking for an enthusiastic, audience-focused writer with a passion for using copy to tell stories and translate technical information into effective, optimised and engaging content.
• Working with colleagues from across the University, you’ll develop high-quality, engaging webpages in line with the University’s brand guidelines and strategic goals.
• Day-to-day, you’ll write, edit and proofread new and existing content for the BSU website, ensuring it’s clear, concise and optimised for search engines.
• You’ll then evaluate and improve its performance using analytics data.

Graduate Web Content Officer – Fixed Term, 18 Months

Marketing

• Assisting the Senior Campaign Officer, Management team and the Director of the Centre for Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (CfIKE) to grow the capability and capacity of the department’s marketing function
• Creating content for social channels, and designing physical and digital assets, all with a B2B focus
• Producing work for a variety of stakeholders, including learners, businesses and academics
• Collating, qualifying and building business and organisation contacts
• Contributing to CfIKE’s CRM development and business outreach activities
• Supporting the growing Knowledge Exchange (KE) team with developing marketing plans and activities targeted at internal and external audiences
• Designing, developing and publishing KE case studies to showcase projects and activities

• As a core member of the HR department, you will take responsibility for supporting both non-academic and academic staff.
• Undertaking projects and running events to support the wider strategic objectives of the HR department.
• Provide a smooth full HR service, which encompasses the employee life cycle.
