- As part of our recruitment activities, you will attend UCAS exhibitions and careers fairs across the country, promoting and representing Bath Spa University.
- With our events team you will assist in the planning and delivery of key university recruitment events such as open days, offer holder days, campus tours and school visits whilst monitoring the effectiveness of your contribution and providing information to colleagues based on insights and learnings from your time speaking with prospective students.

From developing role-specific skills, to mastering essential career foundations like time management, equality, diversity and inclusion, change management and personal effectiveness – we’ve got you covered.
- Create meaningful connections: as part of the scheme, you’ll be matched with a mentor who will support your personal development and help you expand your network. Plus, you’ll have the chance to build a network with fellow Graduate Scheme participants, forming connections that can last a lifetime.
- Make an impact: Contribute meaningfully to Bath Spa University right from the start of your role. Collaborate with senior leaders across the institution and contribute your fresh perspectives to projects that really matter.
