• Re-engage warm customer leads (Demo – No Sale) to coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments
• Manage volume rehash and retention efforts by reviving and saving cancelled contracts
• Review sales recordings, notes, and photos to understand prior appointments and identify rehash opportunities
• Contact customers via phone and email to understand objections and reasons for not moving forward
• Provide consultative sales support by reviewing options and guiding next actions
• Accurately document activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
• Maintain professionalism and brand standards in all customer interactions
• Through our sales training program, you will learn the techniques to:

• Responsible for engaging with prospective clients with the goal of setting appointments for the sales team
• Be a subject matter expert and be able to communicate the value of company products and services to help educate prospective clients
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meet performance goals of converting calls to appointments
• Follow the designated sales process for appointment setting including confirming full and accurate client information
• Ensure all activity and information is accurately logged in CRM

• Own full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, including In-Home Sales Consultants and other revenue-driving positions
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and drive hiring decisions
• Lead structured interview processes, ensuring alignment with company competencies and hiring standards
• Manage and optimize job postings across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, career site, etc.) to maximize applicant quality and volume
• Leverage data and recruiting metrics (conversion rates, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to continuously improve performance
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance
• Support and enhance recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Assist with hiring across other departments as needed (call center, operations, marketing, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with background checks, pre-employment processes, and company policies
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and systems
