About the role
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process.
- Represent Bateman Collective’s values and culture in every interaction.
- Help improve candidate experience by ensuring clear, friendly communication.
- Support recruiting campaigns, job postings, and career page updates.
- Track hiring metrics and provide weekly updates.
- Assist in refining and documenting recruitment processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (internship experience considered).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles at once.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and own projects with minimal oversight.
