About the role

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process.
  • Represent Bateman Collective’s values and culture in every interaction.
  • Help improve candidate experience by ensuring clear, friendly communication.
  • Support recruiting campaigns, job postings, and career page updates.
  • Track hiring metrics and provide weekly updates.
  • Assist in refining and documenting recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (internship experience considered).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles at once.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and own projects with minimal oversight.
