About the role
- Build the future of enterprise stablecoins: issuance, secure custody, and orchestration for transfers and conversions
- Partner closely with Head of Product, GTM, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver a reliable, compliant, high‑quality product
- Own critical product areas end to end and drive outcomes through influence and execution
- Rapid orientation: develop shared understanding of architecture, meet stakeholders, identify top delivery risks, deliver one‑page action plan (7 days)
- Set operating rhythm: lock 30‑day priorities, join customer conversations, translate insights into problem statements, stand up lean product cadences and risk register, validate user journeys (15 days)
- Ship progress: show customer‑visible progress on an external surface or API, de‑risk readiness with test plans and runbooks, publish roadmap linking themes to outcomes (30 days)
- Scale impact: demonstrate measurable wins with reliability and compliance, institutionalize product principles, analytics, and quality bars (90 days)
Requirements
