About the role
- Architect, develop, and execute on the technology roadmap

- Work closely with GTM, compliance, and product teams to bring stablecoin infrastructure to market
Requirements
- Very senior software engineer focusing on the backend
- Experience architecting, building, and implementing backend systems and technology roadmaps
- Experience transitioning early-stage prototypes to scalable, resilient production backend services
- Experience integrating with web3 technologies and protocols
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, GTM, compliance, product)
- Customer-centric mindset and demonstrated ownership
- Detail-oriented with high-quality output
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to stay updated with backend and web3 trends
- Empathetic team player
- Effective working remotely
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Bastion participates in E-Verify
