About the role
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, deal execution, and close.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate clients onto Bastion's platform.
- Document learnings from every client interaction to inform pricing, packaging, and product priorities.
- Run deals end-to-end from qualification to production.
- Build and sustain a repeatable pipeline for consistent deal flow.
- Scale the midmarket sales approach as the company grows.
Requirements
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong understanding of product capabilities and regulatory positions
- Experience with prospecting and outbound sales strategies
- Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships
- Comfort with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance
- Understanding of the midmarket sales landscape.
