💰 $125,000 - $175,000 per year

About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, deal execution, and close.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate clients onto Bastion's platform.
  • Document learnings from every client interaction to inform pricing, packaging, and product priorities.
  • Run deals end-to-end from qualification to production.
  • Build and sustain a repeatable pipeline for consistent deal flow.
  • Scale the midmarket sales approach as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong understanding of product capabilities and regulatory positions
  • Experience with prospecting and outbound sales strategies
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships
  • Comfort with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance
  • Understanding of the midmarket sales landscape.
