About the role

  • Own multi-channel demand forecasting across Bask & Lather Co, building and maintaining SKU-level forecasts for various platforms.
  • Develop channel-specific forecasting logic that reflects the unique demand behaviors of each platform.
  • Implement baseline and incremental demand models that separate steady-state demand from launch, promotion, and campaign uplift.
  • Maintain rolling demand plans that support both immediate execution and long-range production strategy.
  • Continuously refine forecast assumptions based on historical performance, marketing plans, and real-time channel signals.
  • Lead demand planning readiness for big box retail and strategic wholesale growth.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, or supply planning.
  • Proven experience supporting multi-channel businesses (DTC + marketplaces + wholesale/retail).
  • Strong track record forecasting high-growth brands with heavy promo and launch cycles.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (scenario modeling, forecasting logic, data structure).
  • Strong analytical communication skills and the ability to convert data into decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
