About the role
- Lead a customization team for 4-wheeler customers / cluster
- Carry out material tests and examinations to improve products and methods
- Responsible for CL Wet lab area and overall BOM management
- Problem solving and standardization of new products
- APQP process for new product introduction
- Visit customers to resolve issues and present new trends
- Implement EHS procedures at Customization lab.
Requirements
- BTech/MTech Polymer, Surface Coatings Diploma or Chemical Engg
- 12-15 years of Extensive experience in automotive coatings or related fields
- Ability to lead a team with at least 5 years of experience in leading a team
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Ability to work on multiple development projects
- Self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills and character
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
