About the role
- Identify opportunities, establish plans, organize and commits to deliverables to drive success.
- Develop annual POG and Purchase plans for retail partners.
- Completing all required account credit applications and processes.
- Managing and delivering against budget expectations for assigned accounts.
- Building and sustaining strong professional business relationships.
- Developing a long-term, 3-5 year mutual beneficial account plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 + years of experience in Sales or distribution experience or related function, OR 2 year degree/diploma with 10 years of said experience.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated understanding of the agricultural market.
- Proven analytical skills, excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability for strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to embrace BASF CRM Systems.
- Willingness to travel overnight/weekly.
