About the role

  • Identify opportunities, establish plans, organize and commits to deliverables to drive success.
  • Develop annual POG and Purchase plans for retail partners.
  • Completing all required account credit applications and processes.
  • Managing and delivering against budget expectations for assigned accounts.
  • Building and sustaining strong professional business relationships.
  • Developing a long-term, 3-5 year mutual beneficial account plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 + years of experience in Sales or distribution experience or related function, OR 2 year degree/diploma with 10 years of said experience.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated understanding of the agricultural market.
  • Proven analytical skills, excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability for strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to embrace BASF CRM Systems.
  • Willingness to travel overnight/weekly.
