Solutions Engineer

• Partner with Sales on customer discovery calls (most often second calls, occasionally first calls for large accounts).
• Lead demos and technical scoping to align on success criteria, architecture, and deployment approach.
• Own benchmarking and repeatable deployments, including:
• - Handling standard deployment patterns and configurations across many modalities – LLMs, embeddings, image and video generation, VoiceAI, etc.
• - Advising on tradeoffs like H100s vs B200s and latency-optimized vs throughput-optimized setups.
• - Driving consistent “playbook” style deployments for common models and use cases.
• Become a power user of different runtimes such as vllm, sglang, and TRT-LMM and all the common configurations and tradeoffs between them
• Drive POC and project execution, including:
• - Scoping POCs and keeping stakeholders aligned on timeline, deliverables, and next steps.
• - Acting as the “ringleader” or project manager for POCs.
• - Pulling in Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) support when deeper or more complex technical work is needed.

Engineering Manager – Forward Deployed Engineering, LLM

Systems Engineer

• Own the end-to-end automation of cluster bring-up and lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain OS images, provisioning systems, and configuration pipelines.
• Deploy and operate cluster orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Slurm, or similar).
• Design systems for reproducibility across sites and hardware generations.

• Own the CRM enrichment strategy — design and maintain the data foundation our GTM org runs on, spanning account and contact data quality, enrichment workflows, and data provider orchestration across our stack (Clay, Harmonic, Salesforce, and beyond)
• Audit the stack and generate your own backlog — we have a lot of tools, some overlap, and real gaps. Walk in with a point of view, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritize accordingly — without waiting to be handed a roadmap
• Ship rep productivity workflows fast — triage asks from the field, identify the low-hanging fruit, and build it. A good week looks like a VP of Sales asking for something Monday and having it live by Wednesday
• Know when to go custom — not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. You're comfortable spinning up bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code or similar when the problem calls for it, and you make that call with judgment, not default
• Think in systems, not solutions — every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications. You anticipate them, design for them, and don't create technical debt that someone else has to unwind six months later
• Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems — ensuring data flows reliably between the tools your team depends on every day
• Think long-term about stack consolidation — we have duplication and shadow IT across enrichment, routing, and engagement. Part of this role is helping us build toward a smaller, more intentional stack over time
• Document what you build — if people can't find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn't matter how well it works

GTM Engineer

Marketing

• Serve as the DRI for every customer co-marketing launch end to end — managing timelines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving the process from first outreach to final publication
• Own the single source of truth for what's in flight across all customer co-marketing activity
• Coordinate with design, social, and sales to ensure every asset is built, approved, and distributed correctly
• Own the customer evidence library: written case studies, video stories, customer quote repository, logo library, and sales snippets ensuring all assets stay current and are tagged and accessible for sales and marketing use
