About the role

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets (US markets primarily).
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns.
  • Understand company IT products/services and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales development targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT/SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of US market dynamics and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
