About the role
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets (US markets primarily).
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns.
- Understand company IT products/services and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT/SaaS).
- Strong understanding of US market dynamics and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
