About the role
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruiting team
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Maintain and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
