About the role
- Help shape the HR operations foundation
- Secure smooth, compliant processes and high‑quality documentation
- Enable Workday data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll input
- Refine workflows, support automation and maintain HR knowledge base and chatbot
Requirements
- Several years of experience within HR operations or People Services
- Comfortable working with data, compliance, and structured processes
- Experience with HRIS (ideally Workday)
- Knowledge of Danish and European employment rules, and GDPR is a strong advantage
- Clear communication in English, Danish is a plus
