About the role

  • Provide post-implementation consultancy.
  • Design, implement, and support technology solutions.
  • Provide L2 support and ensure optimal performance of customers' systems.
  • Define operations and maintenance processes.
  • Support systems setup, training, and OCM.
  • General application management and customer care.
  • Reporting, coordination, and team management.
  • Refine change requests and develop solutions in Veeva Vault, Vault CRM, and Salesforce.
  • Evaluate and document Veeva releases.
  • System administration and incident/problem/request handling.
  • Quality and compliance management, including documentation and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks under time constraints.
  • Self-driven.
  • Proficiency in Veeva systems (e.g. QD, QMS, VT, CTMS, CDMS, CMS, PromoMats etc.) is a plus.
  • Foreign language knowledge (in addition to English) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an IT consultant in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry (GxP) is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful IT projects, preferably with some Agile experience is a plus.
  • Best practices in IT service management (ITIL) is a plus.
  • Valid Veeva certification is a plus.
