Operations

• Manage and grow a team of RCM associates and contractors, handling hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. You care about your team's success and build a culture where people do great work.
• Own the daily execution of the revenue cycle, including medical coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and A/R follow-up, with a weekly rhythm that keeps work on track and clears blockers fast.
• Own high-priority projects end-to-end, from new client implementations to process overhauls and system rollouts, scoping the work, lining up the right resources, and keeping leadership informed as you drive to the finish line.
• Track and report on KPIs like clean claim rate, days in A/R, and net collection rate, flagging trends and recommending improvements to the Head of RCM.
• Show up in key client conversations, making sure your team's work builds trust and strengthens the relationship, while the Head of RCM owns the account overall.
• Keep the team's work compliant with HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines, and build the processes and documentation that keep things consistent as the team grows.

Product Manager

• Shape platform-wide product strategy and map out upcoming feature rollouts alongside the founding PM and COO.
• Engage firsthand with users to uncover core objectives, collect insights, and pinpoint critical challenges or expansion opportunities.
• Convert user insights into crisp, comprehensive product specs, user stories, and technical requirements tailored for engineering execution.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deploy innovative features that delight our users and drive key business KPIs.
• Oversee the end-to-end product journey from initial ideation through release, guaranteeing flawless deployment and strong user uptake.
• Establish, track, and evaluate core product telemetry to evaluate launch impact and guide subsequent strategic iterations.
• Seamlessly balance diverse parallel initiatives through exceptional organizational habits, rigorous prioritization, and efficient scheduling.

Account Executive

• Build and manage your own book of business across both inbound and outbound opportunities
• Run full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
• Lead thoughtful conversations with eye care clinicians to understand their challenges and show how Barti improves their workflow
• Partner with SDRs to generate pipeline and refine messaging
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, product, marketing and customer success to share feedback and strengthen our sales motion
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing learnings and supporting teammates
• Represent Barti at industry conferences a few times per year
