• Architect scalable GTM motions that integrate and optimize performance across inbound, partnerships, and outbound channels.
• Take over and manage our core GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and tight cross-functional alignment.
• Define, build, and operationalize core revenue metrics. Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to support Growth team efforts and instill a pipeline-driven culture focused on leading indicators of success.
• Own major initiatives from conception to completion with minimal oversight—from contributing to GTM audits to redesigning complex workflows.

Implementation Specialist

• Manage a structured onboarding process and own the initial experience for new customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Set clear expectations, define success plans, and manage multiple, concurrent implementation projects to ensure they are completed on-time and align with customer goals.
• Become a deep expert in the Barti platform, guiding customers through technical setup, system configuration, and data migration.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions (remote and occasionally in-person) to promote self-service and drive strong initial product adoption.
• Contribute to process development and improvement efforts. Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience and our operational efficiency.
• Proactively anticipate customer needs, mitigate project risks with clear communication, and act as the primary internal champion for an exceptional post-sale experience.

Implementation Manager

DevOps Engineer

• Lead and participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly available and scalable infrastructure.
• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance.
• Establish and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to measure and improve system reliability.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, safe deployments.

• Lead thoughtful conversations with eye care clinicians to understand their challenges and show how Barti improves their workflow
• Partner with SDRs to generate pipeline and refine messaging
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, product, and customer success to share feedback and strengthen our sales motion
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing learnings and supporting teammates
• Represent Barti at industry conferences a few times per year

Customer Support

• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Manage an inbound ticket queue, phone call queue, and inbound chat support
• Create and own our customer-facing knowledge base
• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, tutorials, and training materials
• Act as a customer advocate within the company, gathering feedback, escalating critical issues, identifying trends, and working closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
• Implement new processes to increase the scalability of our team
