Director

• Serve as an essential strategic and operational lead within a planning pod, bridging high-level strategy and execution
• Lead integrated media recommendations and translate strategic direction into actionable, audience-first plans
• Align media placement with creative messaging
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations on optimizations and marketplace trends
• Develop geographic, target-audience, and competitive analyses to guide media plans and client spend
• Own day-to-day client relationships, weekly status updates, recommendations, and campaign reviews
• Collaborate with Client Experience, Strategy, Creative, Activation, Analytics, CRM, and Finance teams
• Present media points of view to clients and internal stakeholders
• Build relationships with media vendor partners
• Manage, mentor, and coach Supervisors, Senior Planners, and Planners
• Evaluate pod workflows, resources, bandwidth, and operational challenges; escalate needs to the Director
• Oversee client budgets, flowcharts, media authorizations, and spend allocations
• Partner with Activation and Finance on invoices and billing accuracy
• Identify organic growth opportunities across Media, Data & Analytics, and CRM
• Report to the VP/Director, Planning

• Oversee the design and execution of cross-channel measurement strategies, including attribution modeling, incrementality, brand lift studies, and testing roadmaps.
• Holistic marketing performance reporting & dashboarding
• Media measurement vendor evaluation, contracting & budget management
• Cross-channel response analytics & media plan optimization
• In-channel response attribution analytics & investment plan optimization
• Ensuring effective data infrastructure and reporting defined as accurate, on-time, complete and supporting client’s unique requirements
• New Business Development support
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, helping them evolve their marketing measurement maturity and drive data-informed decision making.
• Lead and grow a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Partner with internal stakeholders—media strategy, activation, ad ops, creative—to ensure data and analytics are seamlessly integrated into every stage of campaign development and execution.
• Maintain a pulse on emerging data privacy regulations, measurement trends, and evolving media technologies.
