About the role
- Design and deploy internal AI-powered workflows
- Build and maintain agent pipelines
- Own the growth model and all core forecasting
- Write and maintain complex SQL queries
- Define, monitor, and evolve KPIs across the full growth funnel
- Own our digital properties end-to-end
- Lead strategy and execution of the full customer lifecycle inside our CRM
- Oversee paid media strategy
- Lead and mentor a small growth team
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience spanning multiple growth disciplines
- Strong, demonstrable SQL skills
- Hands-on experience building or orchestrating AI workflows
- Deep familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Segment, Iterable, and VWO
- Sharp communicator who can translate data and complexity into clear exec-level narratives
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
- Experience at a B2C subscription company is a must.
