• Ownership of day-to-day account management, with an opportunistic eye for business growth
• Maintain and build upon strong relationships with buyers, including leadership of current initiatives and opportunistic growth pitches; travel to retailer HQs
• Development and implementation of overall business strategy and translate problems/needs into BARK opportunity
• Take accountability for account revenue and profitability goals; seek opportunities to deliver above plan
• Assist team in development and execution of channel marketing initiatives – in-store experience, floor sales training & incentives, promotional activity
• Monitor product assortments, sales and inventory positions to ensure optimum sell-through and sell-in
• Maintain market awareness; monitor and communicate competitive conditions and product/design trends
• Ensure cross-functional communication within the BARK retail team
• Work with retail management and finance to negotiate terms, discounts, freight and return requests
• Implement and enforce Online and Digital advertising policies for accounts

• Partner cross-functionally with teams throughout the company to validate business impacting analytical tools
• Enhance technical and analytical skills while working with leaders to influence business strategies
• Manage portfolio of reporting of KPIs, develop tools for functional teams, and execute on key automation projects
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and compelling data visualizations to derive product related insights
• Combine data, experimentation & analysis driven insights and deliver actionable recommendations
• Interface with product & business stakeholders across multiple geographies
• Work with Product, Engineering, Program managers and data science to drive data based decisions
• Mentor and coach team members and handle multiple products and initiatives
