About the role

  • Manager, Supply Chain Analytics role at BARK (dog products and experiences company)
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams throughout the company to validate business impacting analytical tools
  • Enhance technical and analytical skills while working with leaders to influence business strategies
  • Manage portfolio of reporting of KPIs, develop tools for functional teams, and execute on key automation projects
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and compelling data visualizations to derive product related insights
  • Combine data, experimentation & analysis driven insights and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Interface with product & business stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Program managers and data science to drive data based decisions
  • Mentor and coach team members and handle multiple products and initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or consumer-focused companies
  • Supply Chain (Logistics, Sourcing, or Warehousing) functional experience
  • Experienced leading analysts in developing data analytics solutions
  • Bias towards action and enjoy finding patterns amidst chaos
  • Hands-on experience delivering analytics solutions that drive business impact
  • Strong hands-on experience in multi million records of data using SQL based querying languages (MS SQL, Redshift, HIVE, BigQuery)
  • Strong experience with modern data tools, including proficiency in DBT and Looker
  • Solid experience in building and delivering analytics products solutions in e-commerce and retail domains
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of experience in data analytics, or Master’s Degree plus 3+ years of experience in data analytics
  • 5+ years of experience with professional data analysis work experience
  • 2+ years of experience with data governance
  • Experience leading and developing with open source data technologies
