About the role

  • Maintain Partner personnel files and partner tracker
  • Support Partner transitions, including preparation and finalisation of DORs and NEP Agreement paperwork and relevant comms
  • Administration and coordination of annual lifecycle events e.g. partner promotions process (including completion of BU scorecards) and EOY partner performance review process
  • Support in maintenance of partner policies and handbooks
  • Support the processing of all types of parental leave, role changes, partner leavers
  • First point of contact for all partner ops related queries from partners and colleagues
  • New joiner inductions (circa every 3-4 months)
  • Partner holiday reconciliation and comms out to partners, SLs and MP/CPO and Partner Finance
  • Liaising with L&D Ops in support of ad-hoc leadership development requirements
  • Support Partner Recruitment activities, including scheduling of Partner interviews, drafting and monitoring the return of Partner offer paperwork, keeping recruitment MI up to date, and supporting with any Partner queries that come through.
  • Support Partner end-to-end onboarding, ensuring we’re offering a white glove experience, and all relevant stakeholders are kept informed including coordinating all central partner induction activities.

Requirements

  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Proven experience working in a HR Operations role within a fast-paced HR team
  • An awareness of Human Resource Management best practice
  • Ability to problem solve, making use of your network and colleagues to find solutions
  • Strong communication skills, keeping Partner Experience Team members and stakeholders alike updated on progress / highlighting any issues or concerns
  • Demonstrate proactivity and willingness to get involved / take the lead on relevant matters
  • Ability to balance working autonomously and being a team player, demonstrating enthusiasm and a desire to work collaboratively.
