• Identify, target, and engage large energy users with complex power procurement and risk profiles.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned to Energy Source’s ideal customer profile.
• Lead discovery conversations with CFOs, Energy Managers, Heads of Energy, and Strategy teams.
• Translate customer challenges (price risk, cPPA valuation, budget uncertainty) into clear, differentiated value propositions.
• Own opportunities end-to-end: qualification, solution shaping, commercial negotiation, and close.
• Develop compelling business cases for Energy Source subscriptions, often involving multi-year agreements.
• Coordinate internal input (product, analytics, leadership) for complex or strategic deals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and structured deal tracking.
• Develop a strong understanding of UK and European power markets, cPPA structures, and customer decision cycles.
• Feed market insight and customer feedback directly into product development and go-to-market strategy.

Senior Business Development Manager – Energy Source

Security Analyst

• Conduct advanced investigations escalated from the MDR SOC and internally identified threats, including root cause analysis, evidence gathering, containment, and remediation across Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR.
• Support incident response activities through the full lifecycle - detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and lessons learned - and contribute to the development of IR playbooks and procedures.
• Contribute to MSSP oversight and quality assurance - reviewing escalation quality, providing feedback, and participating in joint detection tuning sessions.
• Develop and execute threat hunts based on threat intelligence, MITRE ATT&amp;CK gap analysis, and incident learnings, converting findings into detection rules or tuning recommendations.
• Author and deploy detection content (KQL analytics rules) in Microsoft Sentinel, supporting the team's efforts to expand MITRE ATT&amp;CK coverage and reduce detection gaps.
• Support vulnerability management activities, including assessment of identified vulnerabilities, prioritisation, and coordination with the Technology team on remediation.
• Produce operational metrics and MI reporting in support of governance and stakeholder reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts, providing technical guidance on investigations, KQL development, and threat analysis techniques.

• Maintain Partner personnel files and partner tracker
• Support Partner transitions, including preparation and finalisation of DORs and NEP Agreement paperwork and relevant comms
• Administration and coordination of annual lifecycle events e.g. partner promotions process (including completion of BU scorecards) and EOY partner performance review process
• Support in maintenance of partner policies and handbooks
• Support the processing of all types of parental leave, role changes, partner leavers
• First point of contact for all partner ops related queries from partners and colleagues

• Support Partner end-to-end onboarding, ensuring we’re offering a white glove experience, and all relevant stakeholders are kept informed including coordinating all central partner induction activities.
