About the role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East and Africa.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders in the region.
  • Strengthen relationships with global partners and strategic manufacturers.
  • Develop and manage a strong network of local partners and resellers.
  • Analyze healthcare market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform regional commercial actions.
  • Manage key client accounts and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations of Barco's healthcare solutions to end users.
  • Organize workshops and educational sessions to increase customer awareness and adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure strong brand positioning across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or another healthcare-related business discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare software sales within the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of regional healthcare dynamics and market specifics.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the Middle East & Africa region.
