About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East and Africa.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders in the region.
- Strengthen relationships with global partners and strategic manufacturers.
- Develop and manage a strong network of local partners and resellers.
- Analyze healthcare market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform regional commercial actions.
- Manage key client accounts and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations of Barco's healthcare solutions to end users.
- Organize workshops and educational sessions to increase customer awareness and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure strong brand positioning across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or another healthcare-related business discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare software sales within the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of regional healthcare dynamics and market specifics.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English is required.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the Middle East & Africa region.
