About the role
- Supporting and enhancing HR and Payroll systems.
- Managing a Workday product focused around Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Building reports and/or data repositories and other presentation materials.
- Participating in creating functional documentation and delivering training materials.
- Leading cross-functional teams through projects and/or issues to achieve desired results.
- Facilitating cross-functional teams and/or leading projects with regional or company-wide scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, or Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR or Payroll system support.
- Strong background in data management, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HR functionality (HCM, Talent, Recruit, Learning).
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Workday, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Deep understanding of HR business processes, cross-functional collaboration, and audit trail/data governance.
