About the role
- Manage escalated colleague issues and complex inquiries
- Provide consultation and guidance on policies and procedures
- Support high volume work on Specialty Services Team
- Audit monthly vendor billings and resolve discrepancies
- Lead projects and provide team analytics and metrics
Requirements
- Associate's Degree and 4-5 years of progressive experience in an HR specialist or support role
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Welfare Benefits implementation
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS
- Familiarity with Workday, PeopleSoft, and Kronos preferred
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
