- Help drive revenue growth through deepening and acquiring client relationships

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience leading, coaching, and managing high performing sales teams
- Business banking acumen in portfolio management and client management
- Track record of creating collaborative partnerships
- Strong interpersonal communication, coaching, persuasion, conflict management, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated confidence in tailoring messages horizontally and vertically throughout an organization
- Ability to travel within the market weekly and travel some overnight monthly.
- 5+ years’ experience leading sales teams in financial services (desired)
- Root cause analysis and action planning (desired)
- Pipeline development and management (desired)
- Virtual and in-person experience delivering classroom training (desired)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (desired)
