Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience leading, coaching, and managing high performing sales teams
  • Business banking acumen in portfolio management and client management
  • Track record of creating collaborative partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal communication, coaching, persuasion, conflict management, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated confidence in tailoring messages horizontally and vertically throughout an organization
  • Ability to travel within the market weekly and travel some overnight monthly.
  • 5+ years’ experience leading sales teams in financial services (desired)
  • Root cause analysis and action planning (desired)
  • Pipeline development and management (desired)
  • Virtual and in-person experience delivering classroom training (desired)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (desired)
