About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams of senior sales professionals
- Serve as executive-level relationship manager for major technology vendor and program partners
- Drive sales strategy and execution
- Oversee complex deal structuring
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure best‑in‑class execution
- Expand and strengthen Global Leasing’s presence within the retail technology ecosystem
- Engage directly with senior executives at OEMs, captives, and reseller organizations
Requirements
- 10+ years in equipment finance
- Proven track record of managing large technology vendor programs
- Strong background in credit, legal/contracts, pricing, structuring
- Experience driving growth of established business segments
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or relevant work experience
- MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel 25–50%
