About the role
- Managing a team of associates conducting investigations of internal employee fraud, misconduct, and abuse.
- Reviewing and monitoring progress of active investigations.
- Driving proper management and administration of investigations.
- Developing team members while managing individual and team performance.
- Maintaining relationships with key business partners.
- Ensuring that significant investigative issues and/or trends are identified, escalated, and acted upon.
- Leading investigations related task forces or special projects.
Requirements
- Significant knowledge of regulatory, reputational, operational, and legal risks encountered in course of investigations.
- Proficient knowledge of bank systems/technology used in the course of investigations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity for managing competing priorities, effective time management, thoroughness, and initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and other related software.
- Prior management and coaching experience
- Prior financial crimes investigation experience
- Extensive Interviewing skills and experience
