About the role

  • Provide advice and financial solutions to Global Commercial Banking clients
  • Manage a portfolio of complex clients with revenues of $50 million to $2 billion
  • Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting
  • Understand and analyze financial and cash flow statements
  • Collaborate with bank teammates and facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists
  • Lead discussions with clients on business issues and capital structures
  • Coach and mentor peers while utilizing leadership skills

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
  • Financial modeling experience and completion of formal credit training
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 (Must obtain SIE, Series 7 & 63 license within 180 days)
  • Experience covering Technology clients or strong passion for the Technology sector
