About the role
- Provide advice and financial solutions to Global Commercial Banking clients
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients with revenues of $50 million to $2 billion
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting
- Understand and analyze financial and cash flow statements
- Collaborate with bank teammates and facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists
- Lead discussions with clients on business issues and capital structures
- Coach and mentor peers while utilizing leadership skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking
- Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
- Financial modeling experience and completion of formal credit training
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 (Must obtain SIE, Series 7 & 63 license within 180 days)
- Experience covering Technology clients or strong passion for the Technology sector
