About the role

  • Responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships with healthcare professionals in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts.
  • Key responsibilities include independently developing referral business through intermediaries (consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, and realtors), analyzing client financials and product needs, and implementing appropriate sales strategies to carry out responsibilities and achieve production goals.
  • Job expectations includes 70% travel, credit acumen, knowledge of products, and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Practice Solutions sales or 3+ years of healthcare industry sales and/or healthcare specific financing
  • Can analyze financial conditions of clients, healthcare industry trends, and understand cashflow analysis
  • Ability to demonstrate examples of creating new relationships/partnerships and deepening current client relationships
  • Self-Motivated and proven success of exceeding goals
  • Strong desire to create/retain business with referral sources.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or economics
  • Formal credit/lending training/strong credit skills with a focus on Practice lending
  • Proven business acumen by working with lending products and Small Businesses to provide solutions and services to fit their financial needs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including presenting to large groups of prospects, clients and/or partners
