- Creating competitive performance plans to achieve and exceed Merchant objectives
- Providing timely feedback to Merchant leaders on client experience and strategy opportunities
- Analyzing and sharing trends, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships
- Supporting client relationship care training
- Gathering associate feedback and client insights to improve service offerings
- Elevating the client experience and driving merchant performance
- Integrating directly with the Business Banking organization
Requirements
- 3+ years leading, coaching, and managing high performing sales teams
- Sales leadership experience with proven ability to drive differentiated sales results
- Ability to execute strategic and operational initiatives
- Effective planning, time management and organizational skills
- Strong business and financial acumen including data analysis
- Pipeline development and management skills
- Mid-level MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com experience
- Virtual and in-person experience delivering training / skill builders
