About the role
- Responsible for moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact
- Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service
- Responsible for the analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions
- Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements based on understanding of how the work impacts other operational units
- Responsible for daily settlement of option exercise, restricted and performance lapses, and employee stock purchases plan events
- Responsible for the quality control review of key recordkeeping and administrative activities
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Financial Services
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and part of a team
- Exceptional follow up and follow through skills
- Must be Detail Oriented
- Self-Motivated
- Proficient in MS Office
