About the role
- Managing self service applications
- Providing operational support, performing application releases
- Deploying hotfixes or patches
- Analyzing data, connectivity, and determining system failure points during outages
- Participating in Disaster Recovery and Resiliency
- Fulfilling requests from business users and communications with appropriate teams
- Capturing and translating business requirements into system design
- Supporting change implementations and performing access and provisioning for infrastructure and applications
- Providing consulting services to Core Technology Infrastructure and executing procedures reliably
Requirements
- Linux/Unix systems administration experience
- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as: GREP, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.
- Ability to interact with customers and provide exceptional technical services.
- Ability to investigate and analyze systems logs from the infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven team player who can work comfortably in a large multicultural environment.
- Incident, Change, and Problem Management experience
- Knowledge of SQL and database queries a plus
- Knowledge of Java a plus.
