- Manage a team composed of field-based Financial Solutions Advisors
- Drive local strategies surrounding client experience
- Deepen and grow client relationships
- Ensure operational excellence at market and financial center levels
- Work across the organization to develop business knowledge
- Coach Financial Center Advisors for strategic business drivers and growth
- Manage sales using growth plans in Sales Force
- Manage effective recruiting strategies for Financial Center Advisors
- Administer superior sales supervision and practices in the market
Requirements
- Has Series 7 and 66, or is able to obtain required licenses
- Has supervisory licenses of an 8 (or 9 and 10 combined) or possesses a Series 4, 24 and 53, or is able to obtain required licenses
- 5+ years' of demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
- Collaborates effectively to build and nurture strong relationships
- Displays passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients' financial lives
- Confident in identifying solutions for clients
- Communicates effectively and confidently
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Efficiently manages time and capacity
- Able to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills and professional programs (example: Microsoft Office)
