About the role

  • Manage a team composed of field-based Financial Solutions Advisors
  • Drive local strategies surrounding client experience
  • Deepen and grow client relationships
  • Ensure operational excellence at market and financial center levels
  • Work across the organization to develop business knowledge
  • Coach Financial Center Advisors for strategic business drivers and growth
  • Manage sales using growth plans in Sales Force
  • Manage effective recruiting strategies for Financial Center Advisors
  • Administer superior sales supervision and practices in the market

Requirements

  • Has Series 7 and 66, or is able to obtain required licenses
  • Has supervisory licenses of an 8 (or 9 and 10 combined) or possesses a Series 4, 24 and 53, or is able to obtain required licenses
  • 5+ years' of demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Collaborates effectively to build and nurture strong relationships
  • Displays passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients' financial lives
  • Confident in identifying solutions for clients
  • Communicates effectively and confidently
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Efficiently manages time and capacity
  • Able to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate, and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer skills and professional programs (example: Microsoft Office)
