About the role

  • Participates in the Financial Analysis Rotational Program (FAR) by completing three 8-month rotational assignments.
  • Analyzes business results and identifies key performance insights to share with management.
  • Performs analyses on financial metrics against budget and prior year's results.
  • Evaluates control systems to develop effective financial controls testing and reporting.
  • Presents key insights and findings to finance and business leadership.
  • Develops, analyzes, and presents financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Supports the development of the annual budget, strategic planning, and monthly forecasting for business lines.
  • Liaises with internal finance departments to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Conducts ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Accounting, Statistics or equivalent degree. - Required.
  • Internship experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A, Treasury, Consulting, or Investment Banking - Preferred.
  • Banking or Financial Services - Preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of finance practices and procedures.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects according to departmental priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) skills.
