About the role
- Responsible for the timely & accurate implementation and maintenance of customer service forms
- Crosstrain and become a backup on platform set ups and customer WebEx trainings
- Assist with account analysis billing, creation and maintenance of various reports
- Display strong communications skills in explaining and administering products/services
- Assist Treasury Management Officers with resolving operational issues related to forms completion
- Provide feedback regarding the success/deficiencies of existing products and protocols
- Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years banking experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Must work well under stress and deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of banking software applications
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
