About the role

  • Responsible for the timely & accurate implementation and maintenance of customer service forms
  • Crosstrain and become a backup on platform set ups and customer WebEx trainings
  • Assist with account analysis billing, creation and maintenance of various reports
  • Display strong communications skills in explaining and administering products/services
  • Assist Treasury Management Officers with resolving operational issues related to forms completion
  • Provide feedback regarding the success/deficiencies of existing products and protocols
  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years banking experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Must work well under stress and deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of banking software applications
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
