About the role
- Preparing treasury services forms for new setups as well as modifications to the existing setups.
- Working implementation, closed and training reports daily with a follow up to treasury officers.
- Working training Kase reports and keep the implementation pipeline updated.
- Verifies new income on treasury officers' pipelines to ensure fees are entered into the fee table correctly.
- Works the closed AA reports monthly with a follow up to treasury officers.
- Prepares certain invoices monthly.
- Monitor certain reports for various products.
- Assisting treasury officers with various customers' requests - account verification letters, cashier's check requests, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years banking experience, with preferred experience in Commercial Client Services or Treasury Management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Must work well under stress and deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.
- Ability to acquire an understanding of Treasury products and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
