- Pesty Marketing (a division of Bananas Marketing) is one of the fastest-growing pest control-focused marketing agencies in the U.S., driving millions in revenue for leading pest control brands. We are now investing heavily in our own growth engine to scale even faster, and we’re hiring a Marketing Manager to own the build-out of our marketing department from the ground up.

- Design and execute Pesty’s marketing engine to generate a predictable flow of qualified leads while building a brand that becomes the #1 trusted name in pest control marketing.
- Within your first 12–24 months, you will:
- Scale predictable pipeline: Build and optimize omni-channel funnels (ads, SEO, podcast, YouTube, email) that deliver a growing volume of qualified inbound leads and sales calls targeting 100 calls per month in 12 months.
- Establish brand authority: Position Pesty as the #1 trusted name in pest control marketing by publishing content across podcast, YouTube, newsletter channels and earning 20+ industry mentions/placements within 18 months.
- Grow owned audiences: Expand newsletter/email subscribers to 10k+ engaged contacts and build a community of loyal followers across channels who consistently contribute to SQLs and sales calls.
- Elevate creative standards: Launch campaigns and content that not only convert but also differentiate Pesty’s brand, setting new quality benchmarks in the pest control marketing space.
- Lay foundations for scale: Design and document repeatable playbooks for inbound growth, and build a team of A-Players to scale execution within 24 months.

Requirements
- 4–7 years in omni-channel marketing with agency experience.
- Built and scaled inbound funnels to 100+ sales calls/month converting into signed contracts.
- Media buying (FB/Google Ads) managing $25K+ monthly budgets tied to pipeline outcomes.
- Produced or assisted in the production of podcasts and/or YouTube content that grew to 5k+ views/listens per episode.
- Scaled newsletter/email programs to 10k+ engaged subscribers with measurable pipeline impact.
- B2B marketing expertise in home services (pest control strongly preferred).
- Data-driven discipline: manages by CAC, ROAS, SQLs, and booked calls.
- Proactivity: builds systems and campaigns without waiting for direction.
- Persistence: pushes through challenges until outcomes are hit.
- High standards: refuses mediocrity in creative, funnels, or results.
- Entrepreneurial ownership: treats budget and pipeline like your own P&L.
- Team leadership: directs external creatives and eventually hires A Players.
