Requirements
- 15+ years experience in Cloud / SaaS enterprise application marketing (B2B).
- Equally strategic and executional -- comfortable in the boardroom and in the CRM.
- Passionate about data, technology, outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns and events.
- Expertise with a marketing and BDR tech stack including: 6Sense, Marketo, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Cognism, Asana, PressIndex, GoToWebinar, Wistia, Google GTM, Search Console, Analytics, Ads, Semrush, Zapier, Proofjump.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing programs that drive leads, pipeline and revenue.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, business development and product marketing teams to execute high-impact programs.
- Collaborative, data-driven and strategic mindset.
- Confidence in budgeting, forecasting and marketing ROI.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to identify, develop, and retain talent.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA a plus.
